Sara Elise Seinberg.

b. 1970, Rochester, NY

I began coaching in 2011, coming to the endeavor with a lifetime of creative practice buoying my experience of the world: writing, photography,  and visual art sustained me for many years as I supplemented a living with a cornucopia of service industry jobs. This path of creative work and people-focused labor deepened my belief in service to others. I love people, and I love stories. All of that brought me here, through the alchemy of chance and choice, experience and narrative, where I roll up my sleeves and do the work.

It all brought me to you.

My coaching practice begins with my intention to always meet clients exactly where they are, arriving with a tenacious commitment to curiosity. Your diverse and dynamic worlds have pushed me to study a broad palette of skills including somatic coaching, organizational methodologies, mindfulness, holistic health coaching, and recovery modalities. The work continually expands and develops, deepening my holistic approach customized for each client and team I work with. Because every person is unique, I begin with an immersive openness to each horizon I'm offered. From personal creative coaching to corporate culture and team analysis, each and every interaction is grounded in service to the client.
